Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

• Help customers purchase a vehicle
• Bring your A-game to work with you every day
• Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
• Prospect for new customers

Qualifications - Sales Consultant:

• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
• We welcome applications from individuals who are bilingual in English and any language spoken in India, Asia, or Arabic-speaking regions
• Previous Real Estate, Restaurant Waiter / Waitress, Hospitality, Retail Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service experience translates well in this position!
• Highline performance experience is a plus!
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
• A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
