PA is expanding its global transport sector team and bringing new, innovative transit and aviation propositions to the US market. We are looking for an Aviation Principal Consultant to join this growing team. You will work closely with clients across the aviation sector to address their most pressing challenges, from optimizing operations and infrastructure to fostering innovation and sustainability. Harnessing data & digital capability will play a key role in meeting these challenges. Leveraging your expertise in the aviation industry and your consulting skills, you will develop and implement strategies that drive positive change and deliver measurable results.

Collaborate with aviation clients to assess their current challenges, identify pain points, and define strategic objectives.
Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, regulatory frameworks, and technological advancements shaping the aviation sector.
Develop tailored solutions and roadmaps to address clients' challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities, leveraging data analytics, modelling, and scenario planning.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including airlines, airports, industry associations, government agencies and technology providers to build consensus and drive alignment.
Support clients in navigating complex regulatory environments, securing funding, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project implementation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their journey towards a more efficient, resilient, and sustainable aviation ecosystem.
