To achieve this mission, we’re looking for a bilingual Student Enrolment Advisor to join the Boreal team. 

 

The Impact You’ll Make:   

As a Student Enrolment Advisor, you are the first point of contact for prospective students. You will listen, clarify goals, and guide applicants through the enrolment process so they can decide, with confidence, whether one of our university partner programs is right for them. You will play a key role in identifying the right-fit students, fuelling our growth as a team and company. 

 

Within a year, you will have created an effective pipeline of students for your program. You will have deep knowledge of your assigned University partner and program that you share with others on your team. You will have developed the consultative sales skills needed to support your students and accomplish your goals. 

 

What You’ll Do  

  • Respond to inbound inquiries by phone, video, email, and live chat (no cold calling), supporting students in both French and English.
  • Apply learned program expertise and a consultative approach to guide prospective students through admissions and registration. 
  • Keep your pipeline organized in our CRM, updating notes, tasks, and next steps. 
  • Share market feedback with teammates to improve the student experience. 
  • Represent our university partner at virtual events and, occasionally, in-person gatherings. 

 

We are looking for someone who has:  

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills with a focus on trust, needs analysis, and problem solving. Formal sales training not required.
  • Fluency in English and French, both oral and written, is required. 
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities across diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Proven capacity to work independently and navigate ambiguity within a team context.
  • Experience in student advising or admissions is helpful but not required.
  • Degree from a recognized university.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
