Educational Background You have, or are close to obtaining, a Graduate degree in Business or Economics. Relevant Experience You have 0-3 years of relevant professional experience (including internships) within the PE/M&A sector, preferably in IT. Key Responsibilities Investment Process Participate in the entire investment process as an active member of the investment team. Deal Engagement Proactively engage with potential deal flow and portfolio companies. Data analysis Analyze company and market information, establish financial models, and provide insights into investment and financing proposals. Documentation and Reporting Prepare Investment Proposals, assist with Quarterly Reporting, and organize events. Support Leadership Support Senior Investment Managers and Partners in daily activities and assist portfolio companies with strategic developments.
