Full Time Back of House Team Member - Chick-fil-A Hardin Valley

Chick-fil-A Hardin Valley is hiring immediately for a Full Time Back of House Team Member! We are looking for applicants that are hard-working, fast-moving, responsible, and quick-thinking. Our restaurant is a great opportunity for people of all backgrounds.

Back of House Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards (our goal is to deliver food to our customers within 90 seconds!)
• Opportunities for prep cook, line cook, and fry cook
• Must be 18 or older to apply
• Preferably available for at least 30 hours per week
• Should have mostly open availability
• Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, dishwasher, or kitchen crew jobs is a plus, but is not required, we will train!

Compensation:

• Full Time (30hr/week +): starting at $14+/hour ($15/hr with open availability)
