Job Description

We are looking for a freelance designer with experience in textiles and fabrics for commercial spaces who wants to transition into a sales environment working with hotels and hospitality groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with designers, hotel purchasing departments, hospitality groups, and procurement firms.
• Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, and virtual meetings to generate leads and close sales.
• Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and professional mixers to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
• Provide tailored textile solutions that meet the specific design and budget needs of clients in the hospitality sector.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in textiles, interiors, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong network within the hospitality industry or interior design community is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, with strong time management and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable with extensive travel across Florida.
