International Tax Manager

• Quarterly Incentive: 8% of quarterly earnings, paid quarterly
• Annual Incentive Plan (AIP): 10% with a multiplier (potential payout up to 200% of target)
• Long-Term Incentive Plan (LIP): 5%

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to oversee global tax compliance, tax planning, and tax provisions. This role will play a critical part in managing international tax matters, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and optimizing tax strategies across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ASC 740 tax provision calculations and reporting.
• Develop and implement international tax planning strategies.
• Manage compliance and reporting for global tax matters, including Europe and Asia (Germany or Netherlands preferred).
• Ensure adherence to international tax regulations and mitigate risk exposure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to optimize tax efficiency.
• Utilize SAP and OneSource for tax reporting and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of relevant tax experience.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – REQUIRED.
• Extensive knowledge of ASC 740 , tax provisions, and global tax compliance.
• Strong background in international tax planning (experience in Europe or Asia is required, beyond Canada).
• Proficiency with SAP and OneSource tax software.

Interview Process:

• 3 virtual interviews + 1 in-person interview (subject to potential consolidation).
