Job Description

Multi-billion Global Company is seeking an International Tax Manager to contribute to the expansion of this company's International Tax Operations. You will be responsible for the preparation and review of the international forms, as well as reviewing the quarterly and annual foreign ASC 740 income tax provisions. You will also be instrumental in streamlining and automating tax processes and procedures using more robust and long-range technology strategy.

This company is known for being an "early" adopter of tax legislation creating ample opportunity and exposure for individual to assist in supporting these efforts.

What YOU contribute:

• Preparation and review of international forms filed with the US Consolidated tax return (Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, 8990 series, 1118, 5713, etc.)
• Responsible for properly calculating foreign inclusions and ensuring they are materially correct for provision and return.
• Review quarterly and annual foreign ASC 740 income tax provisions.
• Understand tax legislative changes and their impact on provision and compliance.
• Manage and integrate Planning, M&A and other projects into compliance.
• Support tax audits and controversy on complex international issues.
• Support tax planning initiatives and transfer pricing issues.

What Makes YOU Successful:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA and/or Masters of Tax highly preferred
• 5+ years corporate international tax experience; 3+ years in a supervisory role
• MUST HAVE knowledge in ASC 740 (Accounting for Income Taxes), including U.S. international tax provisions of TCJA and the related provision impact.
• Strong tax technology skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) required.
