An international telecommunications company is seeking a Japanese/English Bilingual Admin Coordinator to join their team in Manhattan. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the procurement and provisioning operations within a leading telecommunication and IT solutions provider. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services to internal teams. Responsibilities: Assist in managing the procurement cycle, including requisition, sourcing, order processing, and supplier management to ensure the timely availability of materials and services. Work closely with technical and provisioning teams to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and activation of telecommunication and IT equipment, including tracking and reporting on delivery timelines and statuses. Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of any supply chain or provisioning issues. Maintain accurate procurement records, update databases, and generate procurement reports to support department analysis and decision-making. Assist in monitoring inventory levels of critical equipment and materials, ensuring stock is adequately maintained to meet project and operational demands. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be able to speak in Japanese at Professional level or above (JLPT N2 or above). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Experience in procurement, provisioning, or project management is preferred. Knowledge of telecommunication and IT equipment is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software systems. Minimum High School diploma completion is required. Direct applicants only.
