Position: Bilingual Leasing Agent (Spanish/English)

Location: St. Louis, MO 63138

Schedule: Full-Time

We’re looking for a dedicated, bilingual Leasing Agent to represent our community and help future residents feel right at home—from their first tour to move-in day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents in both English and Spanish
• Conduct tours of the property and clearly communicate leasing terms, policies, and amenities
• Follow up on inquiries, complete guest cards, and guide applicants through the leasing and move-in process
• Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements
• Assist with marketing efforts and maintain accurate leasing records
• Collaborate with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written communication required)
• 2+ years of experience in property leasing or residential property management
• Strong sales skills with a track record of closing leases
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using leasing software, email, and basic office applications
• Friendly, energetic, and goal-driven with a strong desire to help others
