Job Description

As a leasing agent, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current tenants. Your role is to ensure the leasing process is smooth, efficient, and satisfactory for all parties involved. Key responsibilities include showcasing available properties, managing leasing documentation, conducting background checks, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Showings: Conduct tours of properties with potential tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Leasing Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary leasing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Tenant Screening: Conduct background and credit checks on prospective tenants to ensure suitability.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to both current and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Lease Negotiation: Facilitate lease negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the tenant and the property owner.
• Move-in and Move-out Coordination: Oversee the move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and ensuring the property is ready for occupancy.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, and handle various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate, business, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High energy required!
