Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the leasing process for residential properties, providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients while effectively promoting our properties.

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, including processing applications and conducting background checks.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and property listings using the property management software.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective tenants.
• Assist in marketing efforts to promote available properties through various channels, including online listings and social media.
• Perform administrative tasks such as preparing lease agreements, managing contracts, and maintaining organized files.
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in property management or a related field is required.
• Bilingual is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
• Sales experience is beneficial for promoting properties effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Pay: Hourly + commision for each unit leased
