The Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) role involves providing psychotherapy and medication management, either in-person or remotely, while leveraging the support of Headway to establish and grow a private practice. With a focus on flexibility, therapists can set their own schedules and receive assistance with insurance credentialing, billing, and client referrals at no cost. This position requires a valid mental health license and offers competitive hourly rates.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT)

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
