Job DescriptionJob Description Lexington, SC | Full-Time | Range starting at $31/hr based on experience | $1,500 Sign-On Bonus An established and growing general contractor in the Lexington, SC area is seeking a Master Electrician to lead field electrical operations for a variety of infrastructure and civil construction projects. Schedule & Compensation Full-Time, M-F | 40+ hours/week Range starting at $31.00/hour based on experience and licensing $1500 Sign-on bonus paid in installments throughout the first year Merit-based raises and advancement opportunities within 90 days This is a drug and alcohol-free workplace. Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Electrician Key Responsibilities Oversee and execute electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Lead and mentor field electricians and apprentices on project tasks and safety Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to ensure workflow efficiency Conduct and document inspections, test electrical systems, and troubleshoot issues Maintain accurate jobsite documentation and assist in material tracking Ensure full compliance with NEC and site-specific safety regulations Qualifications Valid Master Electrician License, OR meets Journeyman licensure and 4 year experience requirements to take the exam OR meets 10 year experience requirement to take the exam Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to travel periodically for out-of-town work (accommodations provided) Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus Why This Role?
