Job Overview:

We're seeking a motivated In-Person Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on a short-term project focused on growing restaurant partnerships. In this role, you'll visit local restaurants, build trust with owners, collect valuable insights, and initiate the partnership process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Site Outreach (60%)

• Conduct in-person visits to prospective restaurants within your assigned territory
• Build relationships with owners and gather business insights
• Identify pain points or objections to third-party delivery services
• Document findings and feedback to inform strategy

2. Lead Generation & Meeting Scheduling (20%)

• Set up follow-up meetings with Account Executives
• Generate excitement about partnership opportunities
• Educate owners on the value proposition

3. Information Gathering & Reporting (10%)

• Collect detailed data on restaurant operations and third-party delivery use
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates
• Share findings with the sales team to improve future outreach

4. Follow-Up & Coordination (10%)

• Send follow-up communications to confirm appointments
• Support ongoing lead nurturing
• Align with the broader team to ensure cohesive strategy

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with face-to-face interaction and cold outreach
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Previous experience in field sales or hospitality a plus
• Must be open to travel (including potential overnight stays)
