Job Description
Akkodis is seeking a Quality Inspector for a Contract job with a client in San Ramon, CA . The ideal candidate must have inspection experience per documented procedures and be skilled in recording data and operating measurement equipment.
Rate Range: $24/hour to $26/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Quality Inspector job responsibilities include:
Performing visual, dimensional, and functional inspections per documented procedures
Recording inspection and test data accurately
Operating test and measurement equipment as instructed
Documenting non-conformances and supporting quality investigations
Assisting with data collection for First Article Inspections and GRR studies
Desired Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality inspection or a related field
Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Familiarity with quality systems and standards (ISO, QMS, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Experience with Non-Conforming Material Review processes
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
