They are rapidly expanding and seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Senior Accountant, Enrolled Agent who understands the unique financial challenges of small businesses and independent operators-particularly those structured as S-Corps or LLCs.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for S-Corporations and LLCs
• File individual tax returns, ensuring proper reporting of business income
• Develop comprehensive budgeting and tax planning strategies
• Respond to IRS and state tax notices; represent clients as needed
• Provide guidance on estimated tax payments and reasonable salary requirements for S-Corp owners
• Maintain accurate financial records and help clients understand their monthly P&L and cash flow
• Prepare Quarterly Payroll Forms, provide instructions, and manage associated payments for Federal and State taxes
• Assist with business formation, compliance filings, and accounting setup as needed

Who You Are:

• An Enrolled Agent (EA) in good standing
• Experienced with small businesses and self-employed clients
• Deep understanding of small business financial management
• Proficient in QuickBooks and ProSeries tax software
• Excellent at explaining complex tax and accounting concepts to non-financial clients
• Highly organized, proactive, and responsive
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
