About This Role

The Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire the talent that drives our business forward. More than just a recruiter, this role serves as a consultative partner to hiring managers, guiding them through talent decisions, advising on workforce planning, and aligning hiring strategies with broader business goals. The Senior Recruiter leads full-cycle recruitment, while also mentoring team members, refining processes, and contributing to a strong employer brand. This individual combines deep sourcing expertise with strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to translate hiring needs into strategic action.

On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include

1. Owns and drives full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, from initial intake to offer negotiation and close, ensuring a seamless and high-integrity experience for candidates and stakeholders.
2. Serves as a strategic advisor and embedded partner to business leaders, offering consultative guidance on hiring strategy, labor market dynamics, and talent availability.
3. Partners with hiring team to design structured interviews using behavior-based questions aligned to role-specific competencies.
4. Guides/facilitates debrief meetings and decision-making to ensure bias-free decision making, calibrated feedback, and to ensure alignment with long-term team and company goals.
5. Assesses candidate qualifications through interviews, reference checks, and alignment with role specific requirements.
6. Proactively sources talent through referrals, outreach, and platforms like LinkedIn, combining market insight and relationship-building to attract and engage the right candidates.
7. Conducts deep-dive research into each open roles scope, structure, and market landscape to advise hiring teams, share trends, and raise insights that inform strategy and decision-making.
8. Tracks pipeline activity, hiring metrics, and key recruitment data to inform decisions, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.
9. Mentors and supports junior team members, fostering their recruiting growth and development.
10. Delivers an exceptional hiring manager, candidate and stakeholder experience by responding promptly, clearly, and appropriately.
11. Delivers interview training sessions and helps build consistency in how we assess candidates.
12. Continuously improves tools, workflows, and documentation to make hiring more effective and efficient.
13. Maintains strict confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive or private information.
14. Models and reinforces action and behaviors consistent with the Companys values, mission, and culture.
15. Serves as a trusted point of contact and company culture ambassador for all internal and external stakeholders. Will also serve as initial point of contact for recruitment and hiring inquiries from candidates, hiring managers, and employees.

What Youll Need to Succeed

1. Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or other business-related field strongly preferred.
2. 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment.
3. Experience working, maintaining, and enhancing Talent Acquisition systems (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Assessment Systems).
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to clearly convey information to candidates and internal stakeholders.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent sourcing skills and expertise in utilizing various recruitment channels.
7. Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
8. Strong in cultivating strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service, with the added capability to customize and adapt flexible styles based on stakeholders' preferences.
9. Demonstrates a dedicated commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion throughout the entire recruitment process.
10. Strong negotiation abilities with experience in presenting and drafting offer letters.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to producing data-driven results.
12. Strong willingness to assist team members.
13. Ability to successfully apply a growth mindset to enhance individual, team, and/or organizational outcomes; independently owns self-development and seeks out opportunities for growth.
14. Ability to advise on hiring managers and coach interview teams.
15. Firm understanding of industry trends, local hiring climates, and talent demands.
16. Tech savvy, proficiency with application tracking systems as well as LinkedIn Recruiting, job board, and other social recruiting platforms.
17. Ability to effectively (re)prioritize tasks based on competing urgencies or needs.
18. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Physical Requirements

• This position requires frequent use of a computer, including keyboard functions and visual acuity of 20 inches or fewer on a daily basis.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Be able to lift up to 10 pounds on occasion with or without accommodation.

Hours & Compensation

This is a full-time position paying $85,600 $128,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual skills, and organizational performance.
