Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation as a caring and reliable provider in the lifesaving industry. Key Responsibilities: Processing orders, servicing customers. Build relationships with customers and exceed expectations. Receive incoming calls, answer product and service questions. Greet all incoming calls warmly. Take orders over the phone.
