Quality Ironworks has an immediate opening for a bilingual (English & Spanish speaking and writing) Administrative Assistant at our headquarters in Dallas, TX supporting the Shop Foreman.

***Must be Bilingual English and Spanish***

Ideal Candidate:

• Someone fresh out of High School or College- No experience is necessary! We will train you as long as your bilingual!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to management
• Maintain and update production schedule
• Assign shop routing instruction to all jobs
• Review employee timecards and work as a liaison for the accounting department
• Work with project superintendents to coordinate production updates and changes
• Assist with onboarding of new shop employees
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have experience working with Excel/ Word/ Microsoft Outlook
• Must be Bilingual English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A team-player with the ability of communicate to all different members of the project team is essential
